Version 2026-10-07. These terms apply to your use of zela-care.com and the waitlist. Please read them together with the Privacy policy, which explains how we handle your data.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Luis Filipe Alves, as a private individual, trading as Zela until the company that will provide the service has been incorporated. Once it exists, these terms will name it and we will tell everyone on the waitlist.

2. What this website is
zela-care.com presents a home care service that is still being prepared. Zela does not yet provide care services, does not publish caregiver profiles and does not accept payments.
Information about plans, prices, hours and how the service works is indicative and may change before launch. It is not a contractual offer.
3. Waitlist
- Joining is free and creates no obligation for you or for Zela.
- Joining does not guarantee a place, a start date, a service area, a price or a service.
- You can leave the list at any time by writing to support@zela-care.com.
- Only register your own details. Do not register another person without their permission.
- When the service opens, it will have its own terms, which will be shown to you before any subscription or payment.
4. Not medical advice or an emergency service
Nothing on this website is medical, nursing or physiotherapy advice. In an emergency, call 112.
5. Using the website
You agree to use the website in good faith and not to try to disrupt it — for example, by sending automated or bulk registrations through the form.
6. Intellectual property
The Zela brand, text, design and images on this website belong to the owner identified in section 1, unless stated otherwise. The Newsreader and Source Sans 3 typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
7. Liability
We try to keep information accurate and the website available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Any change is published on this page with a new version date.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
Zela does not sell any services or take payments yet. Before any sale, we will publish here the competent consumer alternative dispute resolution entity and a link to the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico).
10. Languages
These terms are available in Portuguese and English. If the two versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
